In 2015, the founding members of Audiogold reformed to make a writing and recording trio. The absence from the live scene and from making original music was starting to make them want to start creating again.

Not wanting to go down the previous path, Alex, Raph and Jonny decided to change their normality and create music from home. Literally. Drum sounds created by hitting walls being the most well remembered invention. From this attitude came EP1.4, the Single - The Call - featuring birdsong from the garden and the sound of the London Underground, as we were used to hearing it, ending the track and leading into Save Me and becoming the pulsing drumbeat underneath it.

EP1.4 was created with the awareness that soon after, the family home would be sold and demolished. Now these sounds hold memories close to their hearts.
